When you go through a verification, you'll be asked to provide evidence to prove who you are.
The organisation you're verifying with has chosen which types of ID they can accept based on their own requirements - so the options you see will depend on what they've enabled.
If you don't have a digital ID or photo ID that matches what's on the list, you may be able to use a trusted referee instead - but only if the organisation has enabled that option.
If none of the available options work for you, you'll need to contact the organisation directly to discuss your situation. Vouchsafe can only accept the evidence types they've chosen to accept - we're not able to make exceptions on their behalf.
