Why do you need these documents?

We ask for these documents in order to:

  • Match your full name to other ID documents you submit

  • Confirm your residential address or date of birth

What document formats do you accept?

✅ Paperless (digital) bills: download the PDF (.pdf) from your provider’s app or portal and upload it.

✅ Screenshots: screenshots or images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png) are allowed if the entire first page is visible (all four corners on screen).

✅ Photos of printed documents: upload a clear photo of the first page with all four corners visible.

  • Make sure all the text is clear and easy to read

  • Avoid glare, shadows, or dim lighting

What document formats are you unable to accept?

❌ Photos of computer/mobile displays: photos must only be taken of physical paper documents. If you have a paperless bill, this must be uploaded as a PDF or a screenshot.

❌ Folded documents: photos of physical documents must be unfolded to show all four corners of the document

❌ Cropped screenshots: screenshots must be zoomed out to show all four corners of the document

What are the different types of documents can I upload?

The below list outlines the types of supporting documents that are able to be uploaded.

Please note: The organisation you are verifying your identity for decides what documents you will be able to upload based on their specific compliance requirements - so you may not see all these options available.
