What can I do on the pay as you go plan?
You can run certified, digital right to work or right to rent checks that meet UK government rules.
Digital checks are safer for you and easier for your tenants and applicants to complete than manual, in person document checking.
With Vouchsafe, you can send requests with just an email address. Vouchsafe will send automatic reminders, collect documents, perform biometric and fraud checks and store a secure audit trail of the result.
What does each check cost?
Each right to work or rent check costs £1.98.
What are the limits?
The pay as you go plan only includes one verification flow and one dashboard user.
Features needed by most regulated businesses, like address verification and AML checks, are not included.
Proactive compliance features and investigative tools like Smart lookups and Alerts are also not included.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The pay as you go plan means what it says. There is no minimum commitment, ongoing subscription or unexpected charges.
When am I charged?
You will be charged for your usage at the end of every month, starting one month from when you signed up.
Who is eligible?
The pay as you go plan is for:
landlords who are sole traders
micro enterprises with less than £1m in turnover, £500k or less in assets and fewer than 10 employees
We monitor for verification anomalies to detect abuse of the pay as you go plan.
Small businesses and letting agents should choose the Lite or Flex plan instead.
