To use Vouchsafe beyond your five free verifications, you will need to choose a plan.

Pay as you go

You can use Vouchsafe's essential features with no upfront commitment or contract on a monthly basis.

You will be charged for the tokens you've used at the end of each month.

Includes:

  • One flexible verification flow

  • Up to two dashboard team members

  • Email and live chat support to get your users verified

Best for: Less than 100 checks per month

Flex

Get full access to the Vouchsafe platform, with generous limits for growing businesses.

The flex plan costs a fixed amount per month, no matter your usage. There are no overages or surprise fees to worry about.

Includes:

  • Everything in Pay as you go, plus:

  • Unlimited verification flows

  • Unlimited verifications

  • Up to 10 dashboard team members

  • Proactive compliance features like Alerts and Smart lookups

Best for: Regulated firms and fintechs doing 100s of checks per month

Enterprise

If you're handling large volumes of verifications or expect to consume over 10,000 tokens per year you can benefit from discounted token pricing.

Includes:

  • Everything in Flex, plus:

  • Unlimited dashboard team members

How to upgrade or downgrade plan

You can upgrade plan at any time from the Usage and plan section of the dashboard. The change will take effect immediately.

You can downgrade or cancel a plan in the same way. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
