You can see a user's real-time progress through a verification from the results page.

You can see which steps have been completed and which may need your review.

Status

At the top of the stage you will see an explanation of the status the verification is in:

User details panel

The details shown here are the most trusted details extracted from the user's evidence. A link will show where this information came from.

Results from each step in the flow

Each verification step will have its own section and its own checks.

Details extracted are shown in their own section. These will depend on the evidence type and the details we could extract from it.

Steps that have attachments, like a scan of a photo ID, will let you view the original artefact.

We will tell you if a user has used an alternative to complete the step.

Referee checks

Verifications with a referee will have a section showing the referee’s results.

These checks are independent from the user’s verification.

Background checks

If your verification flow include background checks, they will appear at the end of the report.

These checks include open sanctions (AML) checks and an analysis of the user's online footprint.
