The overview pages show a live update of your user’s progress through a verification.
They will show you which steps have been completed and flag check results that need reviewing.
User summary panel
The progress wheel gives a snapshot of the status of this verification.
The details shown here are the most trusted details extracted from the checks. A label will show where this information came from.
Check results
Each verification step will have its own section and its own checks.
There are three levels of check result:
Passes will have a green tick icon. They need no further inspection.
Reviews are yellow with a magnifying glass icon. We recommend you review these but they are not always a reason to reject a user.
Fails are red with a warning icon. Strong indicators that the user should be rejected.
Details extracted are shown in their own section. These will depend on the evidence type and the details we could extract from it.
Steps that have attachments, like a scan of a photo ID, will include a section with a copy of the artefact.
We will tell you if a user has used an alternative to complete the step.
Referee details
Verifications with a referee will have a section showing the referee’s check results.
These checks are independent from the user’s verification.
Additional background checks
If you have opted to include background checks in the verification flow they will appear at the end of the report. These checks include open sanctions (AML) checks, online footprint analysis, and data breaches.
