Comments

Comments let you add extra context to a verification or risk check, visible to everyone on your team.

How do I add a comment?

  1. Open the verification or risk check result

  2. Go to the Comments section in the sidebar

  3. Type your comment and select Comment to post it.

Comments have a 240 character limit.

How do I delete a comment?

You can delete your own comments within an hour of posting.

  1. Select Delete below the comment to remove it.

After an hour, you'll need to ask one of your team's admins to delete it for you.

Comments work well alongside tags, giving you more ways to organise and act on your verifications.
