Tags

Tags let you organise and prioritise your verifications and risk checks, so your team can quickly find and act on the cases that matter most.

You can use tags to assign work to a specific team, flag a risk level, or mark that follow-up action is needed.

Tag names have a 20 character limit.

How do I assign a tag to a verification or risk check?

  1. Open a verification or risk check

  2. Go to the Tags section in the sidebar, above Comments

  3. From here you can:

    1. select an existing tag from the list

    2. create a new tag on the spot

New tags created this way are given a default colour, which you can change later from Admin > Settings > Tags.

How do I filter by tag?

Use the Tags filter above the results tables to show only verifications or risk checks with a specific tag or tags.

How do I create or edit a tag?

Tags are managed from Admin > Settings > Tags.

Creating a tag

  1. Select Create new tag

  2. Give it a name and assign a colour

  3. Select Create

Editing a tag

  1. Select the pencil icon next to a tag to change its name or colour.

  2. Select Save

Can I delete tags?

There are two options for removing unwanted or unused tags:

Archiving a tag

Archiving a tag removes it from the active tag list, so it can no longer be added and is hidden from the results and the filter list.

It's a soft delete: the tag stays attached to anything it was already assigned to, so you can restore it at any time.

Deleting a tag

Deleting a tag is permanent. It removes the tag entirely, including from any verifications or risk checks it's currently assigned to. This can't be undone.

Tags work well alongside comments, giving you more ways to organise and manage your verifications.
