When you're asked to prove your address, you'll be shown a list of accepted document types. These are chosen by the organisation you're verifying with, based on their requirements.
If you don't have any of the documents on the list, you'll need to contact the organisation directly to discuss your options. Vouchsafe can only accept the documents they've approved - we're not able to make exceptions on their behalf.
