The more sensitive the checks, the more likely a user will be flagged for manual review by your team.
We provide sensible defaults, but you can adjust these based on your experience using the sliders.
Anti-money laundering
A user's AML profile matches will always be shown in full, including a match percentage between 0 and 100.
The sensitivity is the score above which a result will be considered a match.
The default value for this check is 96%. You can lower it to 90% or increase it to 100%.
Online footprint
A user’s online footprint results will always be shown in full, including a risk score between 0 and 100.
The sensitivity is the score below which a user will no longer be automatically verified.
The default value for this check is 60. You can increase the passing score up to 70, or take it right down to 20.
