Redirects let you control where users are sent after reaching key points in the Vouchsafe verification journey. You can set them in the verification flow builder within the Redirects section.

They are optional but recommended, especially if you want to guide users back to your site or app at the right time.

When to use them

There are three redirect types:

Type

Where it is shown

When it is shown

Where to send them

When user cancels or fails

• “Locked out” screen
• "Done for now" finish screen
• “Your verification is being reviewed” email

If the user cancels during the process, or there are numerous fraud signals

Offer other ways to get verified

When user finishes but is not yet verified

• "Done for now" finish screen
• “Your verification is being reviewed” email

If the user has completed their verification and their results require additional review before verifying

Use this if you want to show a holding screen or let users know what happens next

When user is verified

• "Success" finish screen
• “Your identity has been verified” email

After the user passes all checks

Ideal for sending users back into your product or unlocking access

How do I set the redirects up?

In the flow builder, open the Redirects section and paste in your chosen URL(s). Each one is optional - you can set just one or all three.

💡 Redirects are set per flow - if you have more than one flow, you'll need to enter these on each one.
