Verifications, smart lookups and alerts on Vouchsafe use up tokens.
The more steps or checks you add to a verification flow, the more tokens it will cost.
For example, a basic verification with a video selfie and a photo ID might cost £1. With a supporting document and many background checks, it might cost £5.
If you are on our Starter plan, you will be charged at the end of the month for all usage in that month, with no minimum commitment.
If you are on our Professional plan, you can pre-buy tokens based on your estimated future usage and benefit from a discounted price point.
