Verifications, smart lookups and alerts on Vouchsafe use tokens.
The more steps or checks you add to a verification flow, the more tokens it will cost.
For example, a basic verification with a video selfie and a photo ID might cost £1.98. Adding two supporting documents and a background check would cost £5.96.
If you are on our PAYG plan, you will be charged at the end of the month for all usage in that month, with no minimum commitment.
If you are on our Professional plan, you will get a monthly budget of tokens which refills every month. If you go over this, you will be charged for the excess at the same rate at the end of the month.
