The more steps or checks you add to a verification flow, the more tokens it will cost.
A token is worth 99p, before any discounts.
For example, a is two tokens, costing £1.98 Adding two supporting documents and a background check would be 6 tokens, costing £5.96.

If you are on our PAYG plan, you will be charged at the end of the month for all usage in that month, with no minimum commitment.
If you are on our Flex plan, you will be charged a set amount, and have flexibility in the amount of tokens you use within the limits of our fair use policy.
