Which supporting documents can I request?

Vouchsafe accepts a wide range of letters and other documents to support a verification.

To accept supporting documents, enable the “Supporting documents” block in the verification flow builder.

Most types can be added within a week. Email [email protected], attaching some examples of what you'd like to collect.

Showing the account holder's details and recent transactions

Utility bill

Such as an electricity, gas, water or mobile phone bill

Birth or adoption certificate

Issued by a hospital or local government

Like a GCSE, A-level or degree certificate from a recognised educational institution

Marriage certificate

Freedom Pass

Freedom Pass is a travel scheme in London that provides free or discounted travel on public transport for eligible London residents

Supported languages

Right now, Vouchsafe officially supports English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and German.

Other languages using Latin characters often still work, because names and addresses can still be recognisable no matter the language.
