What to do if you're asked to enter a security code sent to your email

Why am I being asked for a code?

We send a 6-digit security code to your email to check it's really you, and that you can get to that inbox.

Just enter the code you're sent and you're good to go.

I haven't received an email

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you're checking the inbox for the address shown on screen

  • Wait a minute, sometimes it takes a little while to arrive

The code isn't working

  • If you've asked for more than one code, only the code in the most recent email will work

  • Try copying and pasting the code instead of typing it in, it's easy to mistype a number

  • Codes expire after a few minutes, so if yours has been sitting a while, request a new one

How do I get a new code?

Yes. Select Request another code. You may need to wait a short time before you can ask for another.
