Why am I being asked for a code?
We send a 6-digit security code to your email to check it's really you, and that you can get to that inbox.
Just enter the code you're sent and you're good to go.

Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you're checking the inbox for the address shown on screen
Wait a minute, sometimes it takes a little while to arrive
The code isn't working
If you've asked for more than one code, only the code in the most recent email will work
Try copying and pasting the code instead of typing it in, it's easy to mistype a number
Codes expire after a few minutes, so if yours has been sitting a while, request a new one
How do I get a new code?
