What kind of fraud can I report?
You should let us know if you suspect your email address, phone number, documents or any other part of your identity has been stolen and used in a Vouchsafe verification.

Suspicious messages claiming to be from us
A business you believe is misusing Vouchsafe
Potential security vulnerabilities
If you are a current business customer, a verification result you believe to be incorrect
How quickly can I expect a response?
We will reply to fraud reports within 8 business hours during working hours, and aim to resolve them within 1 month.
If your report requires the fastest possible response, include the word "urgent" in the subject line.
What happens after my report?
We will acknowledge receipt, assess it and collect evidence.
If we take action, it may include:
blocking biometrics, contact details or documents from being used in the Vouchsafe system
revoking a verification and informing affected customers
reporting to authorities like industry regulators and law enforcement
