Trouble signing in?

A number of things can interfere with your ability to sign in. Try these steps to get back in

1. Use the most recent sign-in code

Vouchsafe sends a one-time code to your email. If you try to sign in more than once, only the latest code will work.

Some email apps group sign-in emails into a thread, which can make it hard to tell which is newest. Open the thread and look for the latest message.

2. Check your spam or junk folder

Sign-in emails sometimes get filtered. Search for a message from [email protected] and mark it as safe if needed.

3. Use the same method you signed up with

You can sign in with a code, with Microsoft or with Google. Make sure you choose the same method you used before.

4. Try a different browser or device

If the link doesn’t open or load properly:

  • Use a different web browser (like Chrome, Edge or Firefox)

  • Or try a private/incognito window

  • Try disabling browser plugins and extensions, especially link checkers and blockers
