1. Use the most recent sign-in link
Vouchsafe sends a one-time link to your email. If you try to sign in more than once, only the latest link will work.
Some email apps group sign-in emails into a thread, which can make it hard to tell which is newest. Open the thread and look for the latest message.
2. Check your spam or junk folder
Sign-in emails sometimes get filtered. Search for a message from [email protected] and mark it as safe if needed.
3. Use the same method you signed up with
You can sign in with a magic link or with Google. Make sure you choose the same method you used before.
4. Try copying the link instead of clicking the button
Some company firewalls or antivirus tools automatically "click" links to check them. This can break the link before you open it.
To work around this:
Copy the full link at the bottom of the email
Paste it into a new browser window
5. Try a different browser or device
If the link doesn’t open or load properly:
Use a different web browser (like Chrome, Edge or Firefox)
Or try a private/incognito window
Try disabling browser plugins and extensions, especially link checkers and blockers
